How it works
Three steps from your call to the invoice
- Call (403) 969-3600. Tell us where you are (highway, direction, nearest marker or exit), what the unit is, what it is doing and if you are loaded.
- Dispatch confirms an ETA. You get a time and the tech’s number. If anything changes on the way, we call you.
- Repair and invoice on site. The fault explained, the fix done or a plain answer about what needs a shop, and an invoice before we pull away.
