A mobile service truck is a heavy commercial unit. We require reliable ground access to reach your position safely without risk of getting stuck.

  • Ground Condition: Confirm if surface is dirt, packed gravel, frozen, muddy, or snowed in.
  • Access Gates & Safety: Inform dispatch about gate locks, radio-controlled road channels, or required safety orientations.
  • Equipment Posture: Specify if the truck is upright on stable ground or resting at an awkward angle.
  • Mechanical Only: We provide heavy mechanical and tire repair on solid ground; we do not provide heavy winch recovery or pulling.

No. We are mechanical repair specialists, not a heavy recovery towing outfit. Once your truck is on solid ground, we fix the mechanical breakdown.

Can you change a tire in a feedlot or muddy yard?

Yes. Our service trucks carry specialized cribbing and wider jack plates built for soft terrain.

Do your technicians carry site orientations?
